| The long awaited (at least by Thomas) userbars from this list (scroll down it's that huge block of a post by me) HAS NOW BEEN COMPLETED. With a few (I hope) minor exceptions. I did make the requested and then listed "Lovely Complex" one but had no idea what it is (except that is a Japanese anime/manga) however, I haven't posted it yet because I am pretty sure I might have screwed it up and done the wrong anime or something. Our last website layout design competition was held in February. The theme was to make a layout using one of our color schemes. In spirit of our ever growing stock photo section which has recently reached over half a thousand photos, for this competition you must create and submit a website layout for our website layout section that uses at least one of our stock photos. That's the only rule! All you must do is design a layout that uses one or more stock photos from IC's stock photos section. Click here to submit your competition entry.
